  • Elder - Chuck Teague

Born in the small town of Chickasha, Oklahoma in 1945, Chuck grew up in a Christian family in Minnesota.  As a young adult and seeking warmer weather he moved to Northern California in 1973.  The 1980’s marked a turning point in his life.  Starting in 1985 he moved to Southern California, and the following year was born again, baptized and confirmed into the Episcopal Church all within a span of two years.  Reaffirming his faith, he was again baptized this time while attending Calvary Chapel San Marcos in 1990.  Traveling to Israel in 1999, he was ultimately baptized in the River Jordan.

Chuck called Savannah, Georgia his home in the early 2000’s and Anacortes have been his home since 2013.  New Hope Christian Fellowship Church has been his home church for the past 12 years.

Throughout my Christian life, I have participated in many church leadership roles.  I have led men’s Bible Studies, served as a Deacon and a Head Deacon; and I have led home Fellowships and Bible Studies.  It is an honor to serve in the Church as your Elder; all as the Lord has led me and blessed me as I follow Him.Description goes here
